Residents voice frustration over Musicians’ Village rent tripling. Is relief coming?

New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity sold eight rental units in Musicians’ Village to Stable Housing LLC, which notified residents they would be tripling the rent. But a city official said the new landlord told her earlier this week he would hold off on increases for the units for at least a year.Read More
