The New Orleans Saints have decided to release QB Kellen Mond, as revealed in the NFL’s latest daily transaction report. This decision comes shortly after the Saints drafted Spencer Rattler, effectively making Mond’s position precarious. The team now looks to reorganize its roster around Derek Carr, with Rattler, Jake Haener, and Nathan Peterman as backup options.
