The New Orleans Saints announced they signed undrafted OT Jonathan Mendoza to a one-year deal on Wednesday.
Mendoza transferred to Louisville in 2024 after four years at Yale. He earned first-team All-Ivy honors in 2023 and an honorable mention for All-Ivy in 2022.
In 2024, Mendoza appeared in 13 games for Louisville.
