Big Q reacts to the breaking news: The New Orleans Saints have traded a 2027 sixth-round pick to the New England Patriots in exchange for wide receiver Ja’Lynn Polk and a 2028 seventh-round pick.
Polk, a second-round pick out of Washington in 2024, is currently on injured reserve after a season-ending shoulder injury in the preseason. At 6’1″, Polk brings upside and playmaking ability, but he won’t be able to help the Saints until next year.
Was this a smart future move by GM Mickey Loomis, or should the Black & Gold have invested elsewhere? Big Q breaks it all down.
