The NFL’s League Office release a statement as it gears up for a new season, stating that the first eight rows of seating will be covered. The arrangement is to protect players and fans under the recent health officials recommendations from the spread of covid-19. The statement also made reference to use the coverings to advertise to make up for lost revenue.

The New Orleans Saints official Greg Bensel also released a statement as well saying:  “We are already in the process of working with and reaching out to our season ticket holders making it a priority to accommodate and relocate them.” The full statement is listed below:
