Happy 63rd birthday to seven-time MLB All-Star, five-time Silver Slugger, two-time batting champion and 2004 Roberto Clemente Award winner, Edgar Martinez! Martinez played his entire Hall of Fame career with the Seattle Mariners, making his debut in 1987. By the time he retired after the 2004 season, Martinez racked up 2,247 hits, 1,261 RBI and 309 home runs. He led all of Major League Baseball with a .343 batting average in 1992 with an MLB-best 46 doubles in that campaign as well. Which brings us to today’s quiz. Martinez knocked in 145 runners in 2000 to lead the American League for the first and only time in his career. With that being said, can you name the players to lead both the American and National League in RBIs for each season since 2000? Good luck! Did you like this quiz?
