While the Jacksonville Jaguars are deservedly getting lots of attention for their unexpected dash into first place in the AFC South, the Houston Texans are hot on their heels thanks to a seven-game win streak of their own. Their next challenge to keep pace with the Jaguars is Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers, who are locked in their own tightly-contested division battle with the Denver Broncos. Part of the reason for the Texans pulling themselves off the mat from their 0-3 start to the year has been the play of quarterback C.J. Stroud. After missing the first three games of the win streak, Stroud returned from a Week 9 concussion to beat Indianapolis in Week 13.
