While one generation of tennis greats rides off into the sunset, a new rivalry has emerged to replace the trio of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic. One month after a classic Final at the 2025 French Open that saw Carlos Alcaraz rally to beat Jannik Sinner in five sets, Sinner got his revenge over Alcaraz with his own five-set victory at Wimbledon. Which brings us to today’s quiz. Sinner became the first Italian to win the event by displacing the two-time defending champion in Alcaraz and he defeated the seven-time champion Djokovic in the semifinals.
