According to NFL Networkโ€™s Cameron Wolfe, Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Travon Walker will not play on Monday Night Football. Jacksonville was hoping to get him back before facing Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. However, Walker is not too far removed from wrist surgery and is still recovering.

โ€œJaguars EDGE Travon Walker is out tonight, per source,โ€ Wolfe said via X. โ€œIncredibly tough player to try to come back in 1 week from wrist surgery but needs more time.โ€

Shortly after the report from Wolfe came out, the Jaguars released their group of inactives. Walker was including four other players. A total of three come on the defensive line, meaning somebody will need to step up in order to get pressure on Mahomes.
