The Tulane Green Wave continued their quarterback room transformation on Monday with a splash addition. Former BYU Cougars quarterback Jake Retzlaff, who left the university earlier this month, agreed to join the Green Wave as a walk-on, giving head coach Jon Sumrall a late entrant in the competition for the team’s starting role. Retzlaff transferred from BYU after a civil lawsuit accusing him of rape was dismissed with prejudice on June 30.
