The New Orleans Saints dropped their 2025 season opener in sloppy fashion, falling 20-13 to the Arizona Cardinals. Rookie head coach Kellen Moore’s debut was spoiled as Kyler Murray threw two touchdowns, including one to rookie WR Marvin Harrison Jr.
Alvin Kamara provided a highlight with an 18-yard TD run, while Spencer Rattler passed for 214 yards and nearly led a last-minute comeback. Penalties, however, doomed the Saints as they were flagged 13 times for 89 yards.
