Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers just revealed an update on the injured wrist ahead of the team’s Week 12 matchup against the Chicago Bears. Rodgers did not practice on Wednesday but told reporters that he was going to try to practice on Thursday.

Aaron Rodgers suffered a fractured left wrist during the second quarter of the Steelers’ 34-12 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals. He doesn’t need surgery and hasn’t been ruled out for the Bears game.

Speaking of the Bears, reporters asked Rodgers if there was any extra incentive to play on Sunday since he has had a lot of success against Chicago. “There’s incentive for every opponent, but I have enjoyed many a Sunday and Monday, and Thursdays in that city,” he said. “It’s a great sports town, phenomenal sports fans, and great place to play.”
