During a commercial break following the Thursday Night Football postgame set following Green Bay ‘s 27-18 win over Washington , new Packers pass rusher Micah Parsons was recorded bouncing his head along to the Packers fans in attendance. The crowd was chanting a “Thank you, Jerry” chant as he prepared for a postgame interview.
The 26-year-old Parsons was traded by the Dallas Cowboys and team owner Jerry Jones to the Packers on Aug. 28, one week before the Cowboys opened the 2025 NFL season against the Philadelphia Eagles on TNF. The Packers traded away 29-year-old nose tackle Kenny Clark and their first-round pick in the 2026 and 2027 NFL drafts to acquire the two-time All-Pro pass rusher.
