The Titans may have fired Brian Callahan last week, but they very much remain a top offense to stream against in fantasy. Last week, the Patriots defense had five sacks, two takeaways, scored a touchdown and had 19 fantasy points. Tennessee has allowed 13+ fantasy points to the opposing defense in four of their last five, including 16-plus in two straight. The Colts are a must play defense this week.
