Report: Dolphins trade EDGE Jaelan Phillips to Eagles

The Miami Dolphins traded EDGE rusher Jaelan Phillips to the Philadelphia Eagles , according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. It was the third trade made before the deadline by Philadelphia.

“Sources: Miami is trading edge rusher Jaelan Phillips to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a 2026 third-round pick,” Schefter wrote on Twitter/X. “This is the third trade the Eagles have made in the past week. They now have added Phillips, CB Jaire Alexander and CB Michael Carter.”

In nine games this season, the fifth-year pass rusher has 25 tackles, three tackles for loss, three sacks and one fumble recovery. Phillips has 26 sacks in four-plus seasons in the NFL.
