Zion Returns To The Pelicans

New Orleans,LA – The New Orleans Pelicans received a very welcomed surprise today, as team phenom star Zion Williamson returned to the NBA Bubble (according to reports). Williamson left Orlando to deal with a urgent family matter but was tested for the coronavirus daily.

He never tested positive and he will only need to quarantine for four days before being able to return to the floor. By that timeline it would make him available for the first game of the restarted season, when New Orleans takes on the Utah Jazz on Thursday.

New Orleans is considered to have the NBA’s easiest remaining schedule before the season grind to a halt. The Pels starting lineup with Zion in it annihilated foes by 26.3 points per 100 possessions. The team has a serious chance to capture a playoff spot if it can reproduce spectacular results like that.
