San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa exited Sunday afternoon’s contest against the Arizona Cardinals with injury. Bosa went to the sideline and immediately fell to the ground as trainers tended to him.
The injury occurred with 51 seconds remaining in the first quarter. It was later announced that Bosa had a knee injury and was questionable to return.
